Create one shared yard workspace for riders, horse records, schedules, and notes.
Protected access
Managers can edit the full yard, while riders use their own code and only update the horses linked to them.
Built-in planning help
Use the weekly planner, daily ride view, horse history, and fix suggestions to keep the yard organised.

Create the yard
Set the yard name and a manager password so the workspace is ready for your team.

Add rider access
Create manager or rider codes so each person enters with the correct level of access.

Open Manage to add horses and riders, then move into Weekly and Daily to run the yard.
